BioWare charity auction for Japan relief fund offers awesome prizes

BioWare has put a number of sweet prize packs up for auction with all proceeds going to the American Red Cross's Japan relief fund.

"Evil" Chris Preistly announced the auctions on the BioWare forums.

"BioWare wants to help the people of Japan during this time of need," he wrote, and encouraged all BioWare fans to donate to the Red Cross as well as participate in the auctions.

Two custom-painted Xbox 360 consoles, signed by BioWare founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk, are top of the prizes on offer.

Each comes with copies of Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition and Dragon Age II signed by the development teams for each title.

The good doctors have also signed a pair of custom-painted PlayStation 3 consoles, and ten Mass Effect 2 hoodies.
