Homefront multiplayer patches inbound

Kaos has released a PlayStation 3 patch for Homefront today, with Xbox 360 and PC versions on the cards.

According to a post on the game's official site, the PS3 version has been troubled with a number of multiplayer issues.

Freezing, issues with friend requests and joining matches, and inaccurate ping reports are all to be addressed in a patch released a few hours ago.

While Xbox 360 issues are apparently thankfully thin on the ground, Kaos did admit to a very rare but devastating bug which blocks a user's profile from connecting to the game. Affected players are requested to email THQ support directly.

No major problems have been identified with the PC version, although a hot fix was applied yesterday.
