Rumour - NGP releasing on November 11 in Europe

MCV's reporting that NGP is to release in Europe on November 11.

The handheld, formally announced at the end of January, has only been confirmed so far for a Japanese release this holiday, with a launch elsewhere unlikely according to SCEA boss Jack Tretton.

But the site reports that deadlines on development for games have now been set for before the end of the summer for a release this autumn.

If true, the release of PSP's next-gen successor will seemingly be Sony's first simultaneous games hardware launch worldwide.

It would also put it a week-and-a-half after the US launch of Sony's big software bet for this year, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception for PS3.
