Some early images from the Mortal Kombat web series have emerged. One of them is of a human spine. It's not inside anyone. If that bothers you, don't come through the break.

IGN spotted the photos taken from the series' production on director Kevin Tancharoen's Twitter.

Warner Bros. commissioned the tie-in series to promote the launch of the upcoming game, after the viral success of the short film Rebirth.
