Capcom "preparing" Street Fighter x Tekken announcement

Street Fighter x Tekken producer Yoshinori Ono's said that publisher Capcom is set to drop some news on the game soon.

The dev said on Twitter that the publisher was "preparing" an announcement. Asked when more information would arrive on the game, Ono tweeted:

"We are preparing to make announce for SFxTK!"

Ever since been shown off for the first time at ComicCon last summer, info on the title has been scarce, with its last main appearance coming at gamescom last August.

Ono said at the time of its reveal that no more big announcements would come for SF x Tekken until Captivate. That just so happens to take place in April.

Game doesn't have a date, but will release on PS3 and 360.

Street Fighter x Tekken is being done by Ono and Capcom in the style of Street Fighter IV, whilst Tekken x Street Fighter will be handled by Katsuhiro Harada and Namco Bandai the Tekken way.
