Knights in the Nightmare developer Sting Entertainment is working on a new tactical RPG for PSP – Gungnir: The War Hero and the War God’s Demon Lance.

According to Siliconera’s translation of a Famitsu scan, the game is being developed by the same (apparently Norse mythology-obsessed) team as Yggdra Union.

The story concerns one Julio Ragwell, possessor of Odin’s lance, and at least three companions – Alyssa, Elise, and Ragnus, Julio’s brother. A cinematic from Point Pictures will introduce the story.

Atlus will publish Gungnir in Japan on May 19.

Sting’s previous works include Hexyz Force, Dokapon Journey, and the BAROQUE and Evolution series.
