IO Interactive hiring for "one of the most exciting projects" in its history

IO Interactive has listed seven new job openings for one of its "most exciting projects" in the developer's history.

In the posting for a "Lead Character Designer," the Danish developer said that it was working on a new title yet to be announced.

The snip from the listing says:

"We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as Lead Character Artist to complete one of the most exciting projects in IO Interactive’s more than 10 year history in videogames and play a major part in the games we have in the future pipeline."

Hitman 5 has been rumoured to be in development at IO since last year. The studio's last title was Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days last August, with Eidos life-president Ian Livingstone saying the series was "not going to disappear."

Thanks, Beefjack.
