Capcom to announce two large scale original games by this summer

capcomlogoa

Capcom's Jun Takeuchi has told Famitsu that the publisher will announce two big games by this summer.

Furthermore, he told the mag that both games will be out in 2011, with Takeuchi adding that the titles would be a surprise.

Speculation is pointing to a Resident Evil 6 reveal at E3 in June, but the dev boss mentioned the games would be original.

Last year, Capcom took the opportunity to announce a handful of new titles at Tokyo Game Show, one of which was original: Asura's Wrath from CyberConnect 2. The others were Devil May Cry reboot DMC from Ninja Theory and Dead Rising 2 downloadable epilogue Case West.

E3 takes place between June 7-9 in Los Angeles.
