IGN has posted a preview of Portal 2, detailing what players will do during the first 30-minutes of the game. The preview also notes that there are also over 13,000 lines of dialogue in the game.

It has also posted a small synopsis of said 30-minutes in a video, which we have posted below. There's some new footage in it too.

Here is an excerpt from Charles Onyett's preview:

The short, tutorial-style challenges separated by elevators that comprise the first 30 or so minutes of gameplay feel highly reminiscent of the first game, but the connecting story sections leave me hopeful that there's a lot more to this sequel in terms of puzzle complexity and entertaining character interaction.

Portal 2 hits North America and Australia on April 20, and Europe on April 22 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
