Marvel vs Capcom 3 art shows Akuma

By Brenna Hillier, Friday, 14 January 2011 01:34 GMT

The as-yet unconfirmed Akuma has appeared in artworks accompanying ShopTo‘s Marvel vs. Capcom 3 listing.

Capcom fans are reported to be delighted, bordering on completely unsurprised.

EventHubs noted the artwork among a number of others showing various already confirmed characters from both realms.

The artwork appears reasonably legitimate, although even if it isn’t – is anbody seriously expecting Akuma not to make an appearance…?

Akuma’s inclusion has been rumoured in the past. Marvel vs Capcom 3 is due in the US on February 15; Japan on February 17; and European territories on February 18.
