Nintendo "exploring the option" of reprinting Super Mario All-Stars Limited Edition for Wii

mario25th

Nintendo is considering a reprint of Wii's Super Mario All-Stars Limited Edition since the 25th Anniversary edition has sold out in some places.

Speaking with Wired, Nintendo's PR director Marc Franklin told the site it was "exploring the option of bringing this item back at a later date" as the company was "gratified by the consumer response to this limited-edition product".

“Until that decision is made, consumers should check with retailers, as supplies will vary by store, said Franklin.

The Wii version of the 1993 Super Nintendo release was offered at retail for $30 package and released in the US on December 12.

If your local store is out of the title, there's always eBay where you can get it for as little as $15.50 plus shipping through some listings.

You can even get the empty box if that sort of thing is your bag.
