Ghost Mania is a WiiWare falling blocks puzzler that distinguishes itself by being manic, and full of ghosts - and by being upside down. The first gameplay trailer demonstrates this startlingly disorienting shift with a generously lengthy look at the game's opening levels.
You may remember this formula from the title's iPhone incarnation, Spooky Spirits: Puzzle Drop! While perhaps better suited to a portable format given the wasted screen real estate, you can grab Ghost Mania for 500 Wii Points on the US network.
