Rumour - Split-screen for Killzone 3 shown in preview code

Looks like there's going to be split-screen for Killzone 3, if a captured off-screen shot of recent preview code shows anything.

Split-screen missed the party for Killzone 2 in February 2009, and nothing has been formally confirmed yet by Sony or Guerrilla, but will be in its sequel by the looks of it, according to a report from Nicagamerz.

SCEE's declined to comment.

"We are aware of the media reports from over the weekend, but have nothing to comment on them," a rep told VG247 just now.

Killzone 3 launches next February for PS3.
