Samurai Warriors Chronicle screens are action-packed

Koei Tecmo has released a large batch of screens and information for its 3DS game Samurai Warriors Chronicle.

As far as the gameplay is concerned, it will include a Musou Enbu story mode which will allow you to create your own custom general for the game, and there will be multi-chapter stories instead of individual ones.

Players will also develop relationships with with over 40 Sengoku era generals, and each has a "friendship parameter" which will changes depending on your responses to questions asked during different event scenes. There will also be bonuses handed out for becoming friends with said generals.

Each chapter of the game also contains multiple selectable scenarios, and you will be briefed beforehand so you can set up positions and equipment.

SpotPass and StreetPass will be supported for the game's wirelss options. SpotPass allows you to download new scenarios, while StreetPass will allow you to exchange items and share scenarios with others.

Samurai Warriors Chronicle is slated for a spring 2010 release in Japan.
