Desite 360 recieving doubled week-on-week sales for the launch week of Kinect in the UK, PS3 and Wii sales numbers have been untouched, according to an EG report.

Numbers apparently claimed by the site show that PS3 nor Wii had a sales downer during the period Kinect launched, with the latter outselling 360 the week before.

In fact, sales for all three home consoles were up in the run-in to Kinect's launch.

A separate source also told the site Nintendo DS had been the biggest selling console in the UK for five straight weeks until the Kinect launch last week.

Kinect has so far sold 1 million units, according to remarks made by Xbox boss Don Matrick, and has recomended those who intend to buy the camera for Christmas should do so by the end of play this week.
