A patch for Super Meat Boy fixing the auto-save glitch as well as other bugs for the Xbox Live game is almost ready for release.

The title update will also include 20 new levels, new music, and  Team Meat tweets.

Until November 21 you can get the game for 800MSP, after which it will run you 1200MSP.

Meanwhile, the Steam version is still on schedule for release for the last week of the month, with a Mac version coming later. According to various Team Meat tweets, the Steam version will include over 30 Achievements, some of which were "rejected by MS for their difficulty".

A level editor, Mr. Minecraft, five additional characters, and warp zone unlockables will also be included in the PC version.

Sounds like a meaty-fun time.

Thanks, Joystiq.
