MS shows how Halo: Reach's Deliver Hope short was made

Remember Halo: Reach's Deliver Hope movie? This is how Microsoft made it.

The footage shows how film studio Legacy built the Spartan armour you see in the short, as well as how it was tricky to find actors built like videogame characters. It's interesting stuff.

Halo: Reach has proven to be "a bit popular" since launching in September, with more than 70 million games played online in the first week alone.

The shooter, Bungie's series swansong, sold 3.3 million units in the US alone last month.

Watching the video below should give you a hint as to why.
