Medal of Honor gets PC multiplayer patch as game launches in UK

EA's released a mutliplayer patch for the PC version of Medal of Honor.

The update will consist of mainly bug fixes, such as the game crashing while switching weapons in DirectX 9 graphics mode.

It'll also have improvements in the game's server browser and ping numbers reported in the game, as well as tell you if a multiplayer server is now full.

Following a US release on Tuesday, Medal of Honor launches today in the UK for PS3, 360 and PC.
