Nippon Ichi's announced details and a release date for the next PS3 Disgaea at TGS.

The fourth version of the hardcore, turn-based JRPG is Disgaea 4, and will release in Japan on February 24.

A US release is expected to follow.

The game takes place in Hell, and will feature a political theme, with players permitted to build their own cabinets.

Network features are included this time, will will allow players to invade each other's worlds.

It sounds as though the graphics are getting a full revamp. The game will still be a 2D affair, bump sprite resolution has been significantly increased, and will look more like illustrator Takehito Harada's original drawings.

Thanks, Joystiq.
