Activision has announced a November release for Blood Drive, a game in which contestants use vehicles to battle each other and zombies "in a televised game show" featuring tournaments and six different environments.

In it, you will face "undead frat boys, cops, strippers and bachelorette partiers, each with their own special brand of death and devastation – and ways to die".

The game also features multiplayer modes where up to four folks can drop in and drop out of the bloodbath at any time.

"Over-the-top vehicular combat and zombies are two things that go great together,“ said Activison's David Pokress. "What more is there to say?"

No exact date was included in the press release, but GameStop has it listed as  a November 2 release in the US on PS3 and Xbox 360, and Game has it down for November 19 in the UK.
