Blizzard releases first official custom StarCraft II map

Blizzard's released the first official custom map for StarCraft II, known as "Burning Tide".

The 3vs3 map "combines several thematic elements" from The Devil's Playground, one of the single-player missions from Wings of Liberty.

According to Blizzard, the aim of the game is "greed," with "the first team to reach the specified resource total wins!"

You can get the map now from the custom games list in the game's client.
