GAME rethinks new 360 trade-in prices

game

UK retailer GAME is to honour trade-in prices it originally set for gamers trading in an Xbox 360 against the new 250Gb model.

GAME had originally said in a listing that anyone trading in a 60gb Xbox 360 would receive £80 against the new system, however a week later it was lowered to £60 along with other costs, such as the trade-in value of Wii and PS3.

The change only affects those who placed a pre-order before the trade-in prices were lowered, so if you're looking to swap now, it may be worth trying an alternative store beforehand.

The new Xbox 360 250GB launches this Friday in the UK.

Thanks, Gamerzines.
