Activision  has revealed that its upcoming games Call of Duty: Black Ops, DJ Hero 2, Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock and True Crime: Hong Kong will feature music from hit artists such as: Usher, Eminem, Soundgarden, Pharrell Williams, David Guetta and more.

“Activision’s autumn titles are set to give gamers an unparalleled musical experience,” said Bobby Kotick in the press release. “We have assembled an exceptionally talented roster of artists, many of whom have created exclusive or originally recorded tracks for our games.

"We are sure our titles will offer a variety of tracks that will appeal to our wide consumer base and delight the most passionate music and gaming fans".

It all kicks off with DJ Hero 2, which will have music from the Grammy Award winning artist and multi-platform producer David Guetta.  He will be joined by Deadmau5 who delivers some of his new tracks and also appears as an in-game playable character.

Z-Trip, who consulted on the game’s development, is also delivering two exclusive new mixes.

Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock will include the talents of the recently reunited Soundgarden, who will debut its unreleased song Black Rain exclusively for the game.

Elsewhere in the set list, tracks include hits from Jane’s Addiction with Been Caught Stealing, A Perfect Circle’s The Outsider, Black Sabbath’s Children of the Grave, and Megadeth’s Sudden Death.

Finally, Pharrell Williams headlines the soundtrack for True Crime: Hong Kong accompanied by Rhea, while Eminem has a new track from his upcoming album Recovery featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Activision's press conference is tomorrow, so expect more details on all of these titles on Tuesday.
