THQ and Valve announced today that the PC version of 4A’s Metro 2033 will ship with Steamworks features.

All PC versions of Metro 2033 will be powered by Steamworks, which will provide auto-updating, Steam Achievements, Steam support for in-game DLC, and more.

The game is currently available for pre-order on the service, and doing so will net you a free copy of Red Faction: Guerrilla.

PC versions will also support Nvidia 3D and DX11.

Metro 2033 is slated for release March 16 and 19 in the US and UK, respectively, for PC and Xbox 360.
