Modern Warfare 2 patch now available on XBL

Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling has tweeted that the Care Package fix is now available on Xbox Live.
Modern Warfare 2 players on Xbox 360 just received an update today.
Sent to Microsoft for certification last week, the patch fixes the Care Package exploit, normalizes the package, fixes emergency airdrop grenade and sentry sprint speeds and loads more.
Good to know it's finally available for folks.
Modern Warfare 2 will get its first bit of DLC this spring on the console before anything else.
