Ensemble co-founder Bruce Shelley has a hand in The Settlers 7

Those wondering what Ensemble co-founder Bruce Shelley’s been up to since Microsoft closed the studio can wonder no more – he’s working as a consultant with Ubisoft on The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom.

Revealed through a developmental diary focusing on the latest addition to the RTS franchise, Shelley chats about different forms of economy in the game from trade to science.

The video is up on YouTube and warrants a watch if this game is on your radar.

The Settler’s 7 is currently in Beta and slated for a spring release.

Halo Wars was the last game Ensemble worked on for Microsoft.
