PS Europe's James Thorpe wants cross-game chat

PS3 firmware 3.10 may not contain cross-game chat, but PSN product manager James Thorpe wrote on the EU PS Blog that there is hope to cling to.
"I wish I could just give you a date, I really do!! Trust me when I say that as soon as I hear from ‘up top' I will be shouting about it and making myself the most popular person on the blog," he wrote. "I hope, like you all do, that its sooner rather than later."
Cross-game chat has been floating about in the rumor mill for a while.
On our end, a reliable source told us it was coming, and then Naughty Dog let it slip that it was coming.
Hurry up then Sony. Please.
