NCsoft working on queue solutions for bombarded Aion

NCsoft has said that if adding more servers to Aion would but an end to the endless queues, it would have already done so.

Speaking with Eurogamer, NCsoft's Ryan James told the site that people are causing the queues by trying to log into the busiest worlds.

"If the solution were as simple as rolling out new servers, we would no longer see queues today, given that we've already rolled out six new servers in Europe alone," he said. "The reality is that there are servers today that have no queues in Europe.

"The problem is more that there are many people trying to get onto very few servers, whilst the rest still have room."

To combat this, NCsoft will offer a free, one-time server transfer next month to help with the overload.
