EA trademarks ancient classics, internet touches special place

EA's applied for new trademarks for Populous, Theme Park, Wing Commander and Road Rash, as you can see on superannuation.

This has caused "the internet" to have a small paddy, and rightly so. Syndicate's a little conspicuous by its absence though, isn't it?

Worth noting that EA mentioned revitalising Bullfrog IP earlier this week.
