Grand Slam Tennis review says it's very life-like

grandslamtennisa2

Destructoid got a hands on with EA's Grand Slam Tennis at an event yesterday, and is calling it the most realistic tennis game to date.

Playing split-screen co-op, it was noticed that there was a bit of a lag between the players actual swings and what happened on-screen - this did not deter from the game being fun though.

As for graphics, the site said the game "doesn’t aim for realism in the visual department; instead, it succeeds with a neat, stylized look".

There were also no frame-rate drops, which is always a good thing.

The game's out June 12 and 15 in Europe and North America, respectively.

After the break, there's a video of producer Thomas Singleton explaining how the game works.
