Joystiq launches full Japanese language version

AOL's launched Joystiq Japan, a fully localised Japanese language version of the US blog.
Looks as though it's nowhere near as heavy on the updates as its American counterpart, but it's early days. It's a huge move, and one likely to greatly accelerate the US blog "war".
