Warner Music wants more money from Harmonix and MTV games to license songs for Rock Band.

Many of you may recall last year when Activision’s Bobby Kotick and Warner Music were having row over how much money Warner should receive for licensing fees. Kotick felt they were getting plenty. Warner did not.

Now the music giant is setting MTV in its sights. MTV feels, like Kotick, that Warner is getting plenty, and is refusing to cave into Warner’s demands.

Until the stalemate ends, don’t expect any Warner-owned music from Rock Band anytime soon.
