Valve releases Steam version of Left 4 Dead

The full version of Valve zombie shooter Left 4 Dead is now available on Steam, as confirmed here.

As far as we're aware, IGN and GameSpy are the only sites in the world with reviews up at the moment, both of them at 90 percent.

You should probably buy this, if only for the ability to add film grain to a game. And to shoot hundreds of zombies in the face with your friends, obviously.

IGN's video review's after the break.
