ESA has issued a “no comment” on a G4 piece yesterday that said E3 was going to take place in June and be a far larger event than in recent years.

“We cannot comment, but will make an announcement about the details of the 2009 E3 Expo at an appropriate time,” ESA comms boss Dan Hewitt told VG247.

The story said the show was scheduled for June 2-4 and was aiming for a “broader range of industry guests” than the last few E3s.

Sounds like we’re going to know sooner rather than later, anyway.
