See here, here, here, here and here. There's a trailer for BioShock 2 at the end of the PS3 version of BioShock on PS3. The game's called Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams.

The trailer shows a Little Sister holding a Big Daddy plush toy while staring out to sea. It's apparently set on the Atlantic coast.
