DS breaks August sales record in the US

According to this Wired piece, DS sold more in August than any other console ever in the US.

Nintendo sold 518,300 DS Lite's in America last month, the first time NPD has tracked a game console as moving over half a million units in August. The previous record was set when Sony sold 454,300 units of PlayStation 2 in August 2002.
