Resistance 2 beta goes live

According to this Kotaku piece, the Resistance multiplayer beta has gone live.
There's no solid detail there, aside from the fact that those on the beta have been notified by mail. If you didn't - and bear in mind that beta slots haven't been offered in Europe yet - don't worry: there are going to be loads of ways in, we're assured.
