Real-time FF XIII and FF Versus XIII footage shown in Tokyo

According to this Forever Fantasy piece, Square Enix has shown real-time footage of both Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII at the DKΣ3713 party in Tokyo overnight.
The FF XIII trailer apparently showed a Sephiroth-like character. A few more details here.
There was a strict no filming policy at the event, but we may see some shaky cam action later, assuming anyone was brave enough.
