Noel Gallagher pins violent UK crime on games

Grief. Oasis star Noel Gallagher reckons rises in violent UK crime can be partially put down to videogames. And bionic death weed. Brilliant.

"People say it's through violent video games and I guess that's got something to do with it", he said. "If kids are sitting up all night smoking super skunk and they become so desensitised to crime because they're playing these video games, it's really, really scary."

We're pretty sure smoking loads of dope and playing GTA involves just driving into walls for a bit then switching it off and getting the bong out again. A hunch.
