Fund takes 5.3 percent stake in Take-Two

According to this AP piece, a group of funds controlled by financier Steven Cohen has taken a 5.3 percent stake in Take-Two, revealed by an SEC filing yesterday.
He move had nothing to do with influencing the ownership of the publisher, Cohen said, and it thought to have cost aroun $107 million.
