Capcom's profits up 33% for FY

According to GI, Capcom's shown that its profits for the fiscal year ended March 31 2008, were up 33.4 percent to 7.8 billion yen, while sales for the same period were up 11.5 per cent to 83 billion yen.

The company singled out Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and Devil May Cry 4 as strong performers, particularly in markets outside of Japan.
