Sony financials: PSP sales accelerate in FY 07

Just-released full-year Sony financials have shown a heave acceleration of PSP hardware sales, up to 13.89 million compared to 9.77 million in the previous year.
As far as we can see, no specific region breakdown was given for the sales in the report, but Japanese PSP sales have stayed high for many months now, and the territory is likely to have contributed significantly the the handheld's success overall.
