European Wii price cuts rumoured

Jeux-France has rumoured that Nintendo Europe is drop Wii's price in Europe this Mai.

The site, citing a "source at Nintendo France", predicts that the machine with Wii Sports with drop to €149, while a Mario Kart Wii bundle will retail for €199.

The Wii Sports pack currently sells for €249 on the Continent, so that's a fairly healthy drop.

We'll check this morning, but don't expect more than "we don't comment on rumour, blah".
