Death Jr. coming to Wii this summer

death-jr.jpg

Eidos is to release Death Jr.: Root of Evil for Wii in "summer 2008" the company said this morning. The game will feature two-player co-op through 19 levels.

The Death Jr. franchise has been about for a while - with two games out for PSP, the second of which was called Death, Jr. 2: Root of Evil, and one for DS - but has been traditionally handled by Konami in Europe. No idea why this has moved to Eidos, but we're trying to find out.
