10 million Wiis sold in Japan

Enterbrain said today that Nintendo's hit the 10 million unit milestone for Wii in Japan.

According to the Famitsu owner, the various machines now stand as follows in the country (thanks <a href="http://kotaku.com/5482546/nintendo-has-sold-ten-million-wiis-in-japan?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+kotaku%2Ffull+%28Kotaku%29&utm_content=Google+Reader" target="_>Kotaku):

  • 10,009,736 Wiis
  • 4,766,408 PS3s
  • 1,235,049 Xbox 360s

Wii has taken 170 weeks to get to 10 million, while the PS2 did it in 131 weeks.
