Smart As brings brain training to Vita this year
Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training was a surprise killer app for the rebellious little DS, but the genre of games which insult you has gone largely neglected since then. Sony is taking up the slack with Smart As, a “next-gen” brain training app for Vita due in northern autumn. The XDev-developed titles boasts robust social integration so it can bag you out in front of all your friends, too. Hit the PS Blog for more details.

Crash Commando getting new add-on content this week

It has been announced over on the US PS Blog that Crash Commando will receive some add-on lovin’ this week along with a free patch August 27.
The add-on will include six new characters: Colonel Chaos, Army Chick, Nukem Ninja, Maid Mayhem, Gangster Rapper and Reggae Rasta. Characters come in packs of two and will run you $1.99 each.
