The public websites for Eidos and its upcoming game Deus Ex: Human Revolution were apparently “defaced and plundered” in an attack on Wednesday, believed to have its origins within hacktivist group Anonymous.

Closed beta sign ups start for Huxley: The Dystopia

NHN and Webzen are accepting closed beta sign-ups for the PC version of Huxley: The Dystopia.

The MMO has been in open beta in Korea since 2008, uses Unreal Engine 3, and combines FPS and RPG elements.

But you knew that already.

A release window for PC or Xbox 360 has yet to be announced.

Infinity Ward launches new site

According to Infinity Ward’s Rob Bowling, the Call of Duty 4 developer has now launched its new website.

From Bowling:

The new site features exclusive developer content, blogs, videos, and of course the brand new Call of Duty 4 and Infinity Ward community forums. If you were a member of Charlieoscardelta.com -OR- the old Infinityward.com your account should still be active on the new site. Just attempt to log in with your old username and password.

GTA IV site updated with screens and radio

Steve Hahnel of Rockstar NYC has got in touch to let us know that the GTA IV website has been updated again with a bunch of new features. Two radio stations are revealed with their hosts, there are new screen shots, new videos and new information about the game. Head on over to Rockstargames.com/IV and check out all that is new.

Here. Looking very promising, this. The next instalment in Atari’s survival horror franchise – set in New York’s Central Park and tipped by journalists as a real eye-opener in the current-gen action stakes – is now slated for May release. The website has a section for “mutant trees”, which is worth looking at in itself.
