Wargame: European Escalation has been released for Linux following Mac and PC launches, and all three versions of the game now support cross-platform multiplayer. Developer Eugen Systems said the game has attracted “hundreds of thousands” of players since launch. You can grab Wargame: European Escalation on Steam for $35, and thanks to SteamPlay, one purchase unlocks all three versions.

Focus Home Interactive has announced free DLC for Wargame: European Escalation called Conquest, which contains a new multiplayer mode and seven new maps. The game is also being discounted on Steam.

Eugen Systems’ has announced its brand new game, an RTS called Wargame: European Escalation. The game, the first from the developer since last year’s Ubi-published RUSE, is set during the Cold War, and sees NATO at war against those Soviets. Them nasty Soviets.
