Saints Row: The Third PlayStation 3 exclusive content missing
According to Joystiq, the PlayStation 3 version of Saints Row: The Third is identical to the PC and Xbox 360 versions. At E3 2010, Sony had promised an exclusive multiplayer mode using the game’s “signature weapon”.
This is the second high-profile exclusive content deal to seemingly fall through, with Battlefield 3 players winning a week-long DLC exclusivity deal instead of a promised free copy of Battlefield 1943.

Saints Row: Initiation Station sees 1 million characters created
THQ’s announced its seen 1 million characters created in Saints Row: Initiation Station since its introduction. 1.2 million users have tried the character creation demo for Saints Row: The Third, with THQ noting that 24 created characters were “tagged by users as ‘God,’ representing a variety of religious backgrounds.” Global brand VP of THQ, Kevin Kraff,” said the 1 million milestone was “just the beginning.”

Saints Row 4 already in the works and “wilder” than SR: The Third
During an interview with X-Play, which airs tomorrow, THQ’s Danny Bilson revealed that Volition is already working on Saints Row 4. According to Bilson: “I already know what Saint’s Row 4 is about, and it is wilder than this one. It’s a good example of how you take what you have and you say, ‘What can happen in the next?’” You can hear him say so himself in the clip below, which was culled from the episode airing tomorrow night on G4 at 6.30pm EST. Volition has released another Cherished Memories video for Saints Row: The Third, and in it, some pals drive around causing mayhem in their pimped out ultra compact economy car while singing Sublime’s What I Got. NOT Beck’s Where It’s At, apparently. The author of this post is old, and got confused earlier, buts rest assured, the nurse has given her meds in a paper cup, and put her back in front of the Bingo table. New Saints Row: The Third trailers feature missiles, cannibals
With Saints Row: The Third approaching its November 15 release date, THQ’s upping the ante in the “stupid videos” stakes. The fifth in the Cherished Memories series shows a player dropping missiles on road-blocks to clear a route for a bike, while the latest live-action Genki footage features people eating themselves.
