Sony’s launched Firmware 1.60 for PlayStation Vita, adding new features and the name change from PSN to Sony Entertainment Network. The update brings a new map app, allows videos to be filmed using your camera, and adds support for Mac and OSX through the release of the Content Management Assistant for PlayStation for Mac.

Vita owners can get it under Settings > System Update, and then updating by either Wi-Fi, PC or PS3.

Sony’s will release on Wednesday Firmware 1.60 for PlayStation Vita in Japan, the first significant update to the handheld since its launch in Japan last December.
